SHIPPING

By using the website and/or placing an order on the website, e-mail or Instagram you confirm that you have read these terms and conditions and the privacy policy, and that you accept them. Please make sure that you have read and understood the terms and conditions before you place an order.

Before you place an order, you will be given the opportunity to review your selections, the information you have provided, the total price of your order and correct any input errors. Please note that products in your shopping bag are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers until you have placed the order at checkout and received the “Shipping Confirmation” e mail. Shipping charges for your order are shown at the checkout stage.


Within Australia

Australia Post Standard : $10 AUD
Australia Post Express : $15 AUD

International

Australia Post Express : $50 AUD


Although we strive to create and efficient and customer friendly environment we do not accept responsibility for missing, stolen or delayed parcels once the parcel is dispatched to the delivery address and the tracking number is provided to you.

TAXES AND DUTIES

Orders to countries outside Australia may be subject to import duties and/or taxes, which are applied when your package reaches your country. Your order is shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. We are unable to estimate the amount of duties and taxes your package will incur as these charges are imposed directly by your local customs. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs. For more information, please contact your local customs office.

In the occurrence of an item being rejected by a receiver, the customer is responsible for redirection fees and will need to notify us.




RETURNS

All customer returns must be addressed to quietander@gmail.com

We offer a 14 day return policy on any items damaged or faulty upon delivery to customer. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

If a product has been delivered faulty please inform us within 14 days, beyond this date items will not be accepted for return. Images of the flaws will also be required.

All returns must be in original condition including tags. Return expenses are initially paid by the customer and refunded once the item is sent back to us.
